Scald milk over hot in top of double boiler or over very low lukewarm.

Add crumbled yeast, sugar, water and egg beat with rotary beater until blended. Add 3 1/2 cups flour, fat and salt to yeast mixture. Stir until blended remaining flour, stirring until blended. Place dough in greased bowl; grease top.

Cover and store in refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours.

Remove dough from refrigerator and into rolls; place in 8 to 9-inch cake pan and top with fat.

Let double in size. Bake rolls at 425Β° minutes.

Very, very good rolls.
