Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. cold water and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
Add cold and boiling water, 2 cups flour and yeast mixture.
Beat well.
Gradually add remaining flour until well mixed.
Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and use as needed.
Shape and let rise.
Bake at 400Β° until brown.
Rub butter or margarine over rolls as soon as they are out of the oven.
Will keep for 2 weeks.
