Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake yeast, 3 tbsp. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

This makes 3 coffee cakes or about 60 rolls.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Dissolve sugar, shortening and salt in boiling water in small saucepan.
When cool, pour into large bowl.
Add yeast, eggs and 2 cups flour.
Beat with mixer until frothy.
Add 3 more cups of flour; mix well.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight or until needed.
Will keep 7 to 10 days.
