Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 c. boiling water, 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine shortening and boiling water.
Stir until shortening is melted.
Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Beat in cold water. Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
Combine the three mixtures and add the flour.
Cover and chill overnight.
Roll for cinnamon rolls or shape for coffee cake.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes for rolls, longer for coffee cake.
