Refrigerator Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1/2 c. shortening (3/4 lb. oleo), 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg, well beaten and 5 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sift flour and salt.
Add shortening and mix well.
Add beaten egg, water and vinegar.
Form in round dough and chill in wax paper a little before rolling out.
(Keeps in refrigerator at least 1 week.)
Makes crust for 2 pies.
