Stir gently.

Let stand, covered with foil, for 1 to 3 hours or overnight.

Combine vinegar, sugar, celery, mustard and dill seed.

Pour over vegetables; stir and cover.

Let stand 36 hours.

Store, covered, in refrigerator.
