Refrigerator Date Roll
Refrigerator Date Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, 1 lb. chopped dates, 2 c. nutmeats and 1 pkg. small marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Set aside 1 cup crumbs.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread the 1 cup crumbs on wax paper.
Form a long roll with the mixture.
Punch holes with finger all down log.
Put cherry in each hole.
Then pinch together.
Roll in crumbs, then wrap tightly in wax paper and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
Slice and serve.
