Refrigerator Cukes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 cukes, sliced thin, 1/2 c. salt, 2 ice cube trays ice, 1 tbsp. celery seed and 2 tbsp. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soak cukes in salt and ice for 2 hours.
Drain well.
Heat the remaining ingredients (except onions) for 5 minutes, then cool. Add onions and mix together.
Put into refrigerator in quart or gallon jars or Tupperware.
