Refrigerator Cake
Refrigerator Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Add beaten eggs to well creamed butter and sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
Place in bottom of pan a layer of vanilla wafer crumbs and pat firmly.
Add the creamed mixture, pineapple, whipped cream and nuts.
Add the remaining wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream and top with a cherry.
