Prepare pudding according to package directions.
Place graham crackers in single layer in 9 x 9-inch glass pan to cover bottom of pan.
Cover with layer of pudding (1 cup).
Repeat layers of crackers and pudding, ending with pudding.
Crumble a few crackers to sprinkle around edges of cake.
