Refrigerator Cake
Refrigerator Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 pt. heavy cream, 4 egg whites, 1 pkg. knox gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water and 1/4 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat heavy cream until stiff.
To this, add egg whites that have been stiffly beaten.
Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water, then add hot water.
Add sugar, salt and vanilla (and nuts, cherries and pineapple as desired).
Line spring-form pan with ladyfingers or angel food cake.
Pour in mixture.
Refrigerate.
