Reese's Cake
Reese'S Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks butter or margarine, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/2 + 6 tbsp. buttermilk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix 2 sticks butter with 1/2 cup cocoa and 1 cup water in saucepan; melt together over low heat.
Add 1/2 cup buttermilk; add 2 eggs to saucepan and mix.
Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add to saucepan. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or muffin cups.
Pour in saucepan mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cake cool.
Mix peanut butter and spread on cool cake.
Mix 1 teaspoon vanilla with powdered sugar and dust top of cake.
