Red Velvet Cake
Red Velvet Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 t. cocoa, 1 t. soda and 1 t. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place all ingredients in bowl.
Blend eggs with fork.
Add oil and blend again.
Add all to dry ingredients and mix with wire whip until smooth.
Add and blend buttermilk. pour equally into three greased and floured 8" cake pans.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool ten minutes and remove from pans.
Icing Mix together until light and fluffy
