Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Make a paste of cocoa and vinegar; add to butter mixture.
Add buttermilk with sifted flour, soda and salt.
Add vanilla and food coloring.
Beat until fluffy.
Pour batter into 3 greased pans, sifted with flour. Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes.
