Red Snapper
Red Snapper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. red snapper (per person), light mayonnaise, wheat germ, parmesan cheese and sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brush a very thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of red snapper.
Combine equal parts (1/2 cup or more) of Parmesan cheese, sesame seed and wheat germ and stir.
Coat fish with combination.
Place fish in greased glass baking dish.
Cook at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
