Red Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. can tomato paste, 4 (6 oz.) cans water, 1 stick margarine, 2 c. rice and onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine.
Add onions and bell pepper.
Add tomato paste and water.
Bring to boil.
Add rice.
Boil for a couple of minutes.
Lower fire and cook until done, stirring occasionally.
