Red Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 onion, chopped, 2 tsp. margarine, 2 c. rice (uncooked), 1 (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook onion in margarine in a pot over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Stir often.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir often.
