Red Rice

Fry bacon until brown.
Remove from pan.
Chop onion and green pepper.
Saute onion and green pepper in grease.
Add tomato sauce.
Add one can of water.
Mash stewed tomatoes and add to mixture.
Break bacon into bits and add to mixture.
Add Tabasco sauce and salt to taste.
When mixture starts boiling, add shrimp and turn fire down low.
Stir constantly to keep from sticking. Cook until rice dries out.
