Red Raspberry Ring
Red Raspberry Ring is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Made with (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries, thawed, (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry jello, c. boiling water, pt. vanilla ice cream and (6 oz.) frozen pink lemonade, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain raspberries, reserving syrup.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
Stir in lemonade and reserved syrup.
Chill until partially set.
Add raspberries and nuts.
Turn into a 6 cup ring mold or a flat Pyrex dish.
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
