Red Corncob Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 15 bright red corncobs, 3 c. corncob juice, 3 c. granulated sugar and 1 pkg. sure-jell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Collect corncobs.
Cover with water and boil slowly for 1/2 hour.
Remove corncobs and drain juice.
Add Sure-Jell to the juice and bring to a hard boil.
Add sugar slowly and bring to a hard rolling boil; boil for one full minute.
Pour into jelly jars and skim foam off the top.
Pour hot paraffin to cover and store.
