Red Beet Salad
Red Beet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can red beets, cut up small, 2 hard-boiled eggs (whole), 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Three hours before ready to eat
Pickle red beets and hard-boiled eggs in vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and small amount of water to almost cover eggs.
Cover dish and put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Stir now and then to make eggs red.
(Use most of juice from red beets with vinegar.)
