Reception Salad
Reception Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. lime or lemon jello, 2 c. crushed pineapple, 6 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery and 1 c. finely cut pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add juice from pineapple.
Blend cream cheese with small amount of pineapple juice.
When jello begins to congeal, add pineapple, cream cheese, celery, nuts, salt and whipped cream.
