Reception Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 2 small pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 1 small can pimentos, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix jello with pineapple juice which has boiled.
When it begins to set, add ingredients.
Fold in whipped whipping cream. Refrigerate.
