Rebaked Potatoes

Bake potatoes until done; cut each one in half.
Using a fork, scrape the potato in a large bowl, leaving the peeling for re-use. Combine potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheese, topping, salt and pepper.
Put mixture back in peeling and bake at 350Β° until hot.
