Ray's Meringue
Ray'S Meringue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, pinch of salt, 4 egg whites, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water and pour into 1/4 cup boiling water, along with the salt.
Cook until clear.
Cool. Beat 4 egg whites until peaks form.
Gradually add sugar.
Put mixer on low and add cold starch mixture.
Put mixer on high and beat until stiff.
Add vanilla.
