Raw Vegetable Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 tbsp. milk, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and few grains garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and allow it to stand for about 20 minutes at room temperature to soften.
Add the milk, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese and salt to the softened cream cheese.
Mix with a spoon or an electric mixer on low speed. Place the cheese mixture in a small dish and serve it with raw vegetables.
