Raw Apple Cake
Raw Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. wesson oil, 3 c. sugar, 4 c. plain flour, 4 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in bowl and beat well.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Use spoon to mix.
Put in square or tube pan (well-greased).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until well done.
If using tube pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Pour icing over hot cake.
