Raw Apple Cake
Raw Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat together sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and half and half. Stir together remaining ingredients and add to the first mixture. Bake 1 1/4 hours or until done in a well-greased tube pan in a 325Β° oven.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Pour hot icing over cake.
