Raw Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the first 4 ingredients well and add flour and cinnamon. Mix well and add (fold with spoon, do not overmix) the apples and pecans.
Bake in 3 layers for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
