Raw Apple Bread
Raw Apple Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. shortening and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda in small bowl. In large bowl cream together shortening, eggs and sugar.
Mix in flour mixture the vanilla and milk.
Add apples and nuts; mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
This recipe will also make 3 small loaves which will bake in 45 minutes.
