Ravioli Salad
Ravioli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 2 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Fry bacon, blot on paper toweling; crumble.
Pour off all but two tablespoons of bacon fat.
Saute onions, celery and green pepper lightly in fat.
Add vinegar and sugar; stir.
Add mini ravioli and bacon.
Cover; heat gently for 10 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green pepper, if desired.
Serves four to six.
