Ratatouille
Ratatouille is an impressive French dinner you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with c. olive oil, garlic cloves, minced, onion, sliced, green pepper, seeded and cut into strips and medium unpared zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic, onion, green pepper and zucchini.
Cook about 3 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently.
