Raspberry Torte
Raspberry Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed, 1 egg, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. oleo and 1 qt. raspberries, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spread the 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers in the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Beat the egg, powdered sugar and oleo; spread over crumbs.
Spread the raspberries.
Spread the Cool Whip. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed wafers on top.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
