Raspberry Sour Cream Jello
Raspberry Sour Cream Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. raspberry jell-o, 2 c. hot water, 2 small cans crushed pineapple, 2 cartons frozen raspberries with juice and 1 c. crushed pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix 1 small raspberry Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water.
When Jell-O is dissolved add 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 carton raspberries with juice and 2 cups crushed pecans.
Pour into flat baking dish.
When mixture is firm, spread sour cream (a thick layer) over top, then repeat first Jell-O layer on top of sour cream.
