Raspberry Sauce
Raspberry Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh raspberries, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stem and rinse berries.
PurΓ©e in a blender or food processor. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Stir in the 1/2 cup water until mixture is smooth.
Stir in the pureed berries.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
This makes about 2 cups of sauce and is good over pancakes, waffles and French toast, as well as for ice cream and cake.
