Raspberry-Ros Cooler is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. raspberry sherbet, 2 (4/5 qt.) bottles ros wine, chilled, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1 large bottle champagne, well chilled, or sparkling ros and sugar to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sherbet, Ros and lemonade concentrate in punch bowl and stir until well blended.
Pour in champagne or sparkling Ros and serve at once.
Garnish with berries or mint.
