Raspberry Pie Supreme
Raspberry Pie Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, 4 to 5 c. raspberries*, 1 c. sour cream, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Spread raspberries in unbaked pie shell.
Stir sour cream and combined sugar, flour and salt together, mixing well.
Spoon over berries, spreading to edge of crust.
Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons sugar.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more, or until topping is lightly browned.
Cool at room temperature; serve fresh.
