Raspberry Parfaits
Raspberry Parfaits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. raspberry sherbet, 1/2 c. cold water and 1 c. ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Measure 3/4 cup gelatin; spoon in sherbet and stir until melted.
Chill until set.
Add cold water and ice cubes to remaining gelatin and stir constantly until gelatin starts to thicken, 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove any unmelted cubes.
Fold in fruit and spoon into 6 parfait glasses. Chill until set.
Spoon sherbet mixture into glasses.
Makes 6 servings.
