Raspberry-Orange Sauce
Raspberry-Orange Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed, 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 c. cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur and 1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place raspberries in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and remaining ingredients; process until blended.
Pour through a wire-mesh strainer; press mixture with back of a spoon against the sides of the strainer to squeeze out liquid.
Discard seeds.
Serve with pound cake and additional fruit.
Yields 1 cup.
