Raspberry Mousse
Raspberry Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, 10 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed, 1/2 c. whipping cream and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat first three ingredients for 15 minutes.
In separate bowl, beat whipping cream and lemon juice until stiff peaks form. Fold into raspberry mixture.
Freeze.
