Raspberry Jello Mold
Raspberry Jello Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen raspberries, 3 small pkg. raspberry jello, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 1/3 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add sugar, lemon juice, raspberries and pineapple (do not drain juice).
Pour half the mixture in mold.
Let set until hard.
Put layer of sour cream on top of it.
Add remaining jello mixture.
Fits large mold or 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
