Raspberry Jam Bars

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Pat 2/3 of crumbs mix into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.
Spread jam evenly over top.

Cool and cut into bars.
