Raspberry Ice
Raspberry Ice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cold water, 2 c. raspberries (frozen work well), 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine 2 cups cold water, fruit and lemon juice in blender container.
Cover and process on high until smooth.
Strain mixture to remove seeds.
Mix thoroughly with sugar.
Pour into ice cream canister.
Stir in remaining 1 cup of water.
Freeze as directed by ice cream freezer manufacturer.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts. You can substitute strawberries for raspberries.
