Raspberry Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. light syrup, 1/2 c. hot water, 2 egg whites and 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard ball stage or 252Β° on candy thermometer, stirring often.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add gelatin and continue beating until egg whites form a peak. Slowly beat in the hot syrup mixture.
Continue beating until mixture will hold a shape.
Add nuts and drop quickly on waxed paper or pour into greased pan.
