Raspberry Cream Salad
Raspberry Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (15 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed and 1 c. whipping cream or 1 pkg. dream whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in boiling water in medium bowl.
Add sugar, stirring to dissolve.
Add raspberries.
Chill until syrupy, stirring once or twice.
Whip the cream or Dream Whip until stiff and fold into thickened jelly.
Fold in marshmallows.
Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill.
