Raspberry Cobbler
Raspberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 9-inch pan.
Drain 1 can of raspberries and sprinkle on top of batter.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar mixed with 1 cup raspberry juice.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until done. Test with a toothpick.
