Raspberry Cobbler
Raspberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh raspberries or your favorite fruit, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 375Β°. Place washed berries in the bottom of a well-greased deep dish.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk and pour evenly over the fruit.
Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar on top of batter.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over all.
Bake about 1 hour or until crusty and lightly browned.
Serve warm with ice cream or cool and top with whipped topping.
