Raspberry Brownies
Fudgy chocolate brownies dotted with walnuts and ribboned with raspberry jam and a whisper of raspberry liqueur. Rich, jammy and a touch sophisticated.

Melt butter and chocolate.
Set aside.
Beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar. Beat chocolate mixture into eggs. Add raspberry liqueur.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Add nuts. Pour in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Drop small quantities of raspberry jam in center of each square to be cut. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Cool in pan before cutting.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
