Raspberry Bars
Raspberry Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. quaker oats, 1 cube butter or margarine and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix the first 6 ingredients together in fine crumbs.
Press 1/2 of the crumb mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish and bake at 325° until brown.
Cover with 2 cups frozen raspberries.
Mix cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk and pour over berries.
Cover with remaining crumb mix.
Bake until batter pulls away from sides at 325°.
