Raspberry Bars
Raspberry Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Mix dry ingredients (except oatmeal) and stir into creamed mixture.
Add oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of water.
Mix until crumbly.
Firmly press half of mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread with jam. Stir 1 tablespoon of water into remaining half of crumb mixture.
Sprinkle over top.
Pat smooth.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
